🥪 Ham & Cheese Sliders

Ingredients:

12 soft dinner rolls (like Hawaiian rolls)
12 slices deli ham
6 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese, halved
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Layer each roll bottom with ham and cheese. Place tops back on.
Mix melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire, onion powder, and poppy seeds. Brush evenly over the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5–7 minutes longer, until tops are golden and cheese is melty.
Serve warm—perfect for meals, snacks, or get-togethers!

🍕 Mini Pita Pizzas

Ingredients:

6 mini pitas or naan rounds
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Toppings of your choice: sliced pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, cooked sausage, diced tomatoes, etc.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Place pitas on baking sheet. Spread each with a little pizza sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Add your favorite toppings.
Bake 7–10 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
Let cool slightly, then slice or enjoy whole!
