This recipe is one of my family's favorite.
Here is an easy, quick recipe that everyone will like.
Blueberry Coffee Cake

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
2 c. blueberries
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour

Mix sugar, shortening and egg. Stir in milk and sifted dry ingredients alternately. Blend in blueberries. Put into greased pan, about 13 x 9 inches.

--TOPPING:--

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. soft butter

Mix ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle over the top of the cake batter.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes
