[b]Basic Microwave Brownies
For a quick sweet snack.

[list=]2 - eggs[/list]
[list=]2 - cups sugar[/list]
[list=]1/2 - tsp salt[/list]
[list=]1 - tsp vanilla[/list]
[list=]1/2 - cup melted butter (1 stick)[/list]
[list=]1/2 - cup cocoa[/list]
[list=]3/4 - all-purpose flour[/list]
[list=]1 - cup nuts ( optional)[/list]
[list=](regular or white chocolate chips, or M&M's) (optional)[/list]

Best together eggs. Sugar, salt and vanilla for about 1 minute, untill light.
Add butter.
Mix in the flour and cocoa at low speed.
Stir in nuts, chips or M&M's (optional)
Spread in a 8" greased square dish.
Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Cool before cutting. Rich and creamy! :D
