Basic Microwave Brownies

Basic Microwave Brownies
For a quick sweet snack.

• 2 - eggs

• 2 - cups sugar

• 1/2 - tsp salt

• 1 - tsp vanilla

• 1/2 - cup melted butter (1 stick)

• 1/2 - cup cocoa

• 3/4 - all-purpose flour

• 1 - cup nuts ( optional)

• (regular or white chocolate chips, or M&M's) (optional)

Best together eggs. Sugar, salt and vanilla for about 1 minute, untill light.
Add butter.
Mix in the flour and cocoa at low speed.
Stir in nuts, chips or M&M's (optional)
Spread in a 8" greased square dish.
Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Cool before cutting. Rich and creamy!
